Just like most others, I was very apprehensive about the vehicle shipping experience. After a great deal of research, I had learned that the car shipping industry is full of shady characters and all kinds of gotchas.
While the vehicle I shipped was not an expensive one, it does have significant sentimental value to me. When I spoke with Jeff the first time I knew right away this guy was a no nonsense straight shooter. I had very specific dates and a narrow window to ship and Jeff said he would do his best. A day later he calls back with confirmation and the date is set.
Fast forward a week and a half and I am expecting a call from the truck operators to verify a pickup time. After hearing nothing and it being a day prior to scheduled pickup, I called the truck company. They said, "oh yeah sorry we probably can't pick up your Jeep, one of our drivers lost one of the ramps on the highway". So here we are 12 hours prior to scheduled pickup and they had not bothered to contact Jeff or myself to let us know this piece of vital information. So I get on the phone with Jeff and this guy springs into action. Assures me he will take care of it. At this point I figure I might just have to drive the darn thing myself, wasting a day and a half of my time. Within 30 minutes I get a call back from Jeff with a scheduled pickup the next day by noon. Wow!! He sincerely apologized and explained that he will not be using that company again. This guy gets things done. The truck shows up the next day, loads up by noon, and my beloved Jeep arrives at its destination unscathed. I can't say enough about this company. I will be using them again in the future when I ship my Jeep to California. It's also important to mention this was all done for one of the best prices I was quoted by 15 companies. Look no further for your vehicle shipping needs. These guys are the real deal.
