I had used Affordable Auto transportation to ship my car from Buffalo, NY to Atlanta, GA. My first point of contact was Mr. Jared. He is very nice person to talk, always available on the phone to answer your question. He took time to explain me the entire process of shipping the car. Unlike other broker who will only discuss the details once you pay them a deposit.
He also discuss the price options to suite my requirement. I had to change the shipment and he helped me through without any issue. During entire time he was working with me based on the quote request only without any deposit. Which i found very rare. There are brokers who claim to have a driver to lure you into paying them a deposit but Jared and team worked with me entire time without any deposit.
He also discuss the availability and timeline for picking up my car to suite my requirement. He went above and beyond to make the entire transaction smooth as possible.
I will look forward to do business with Affordable auto Transport in future and also suggest others to use their service.
In this highly competitive shipping business, it is very hard a find company/ representative ( Jared) who puts customer first to provide impeccable service.
