Deplorable Service and a horrible 3 day nightmare.

The driver called to say he was on his way for pickup and then was 5 hours late with a host of excuses. He was scheduled to deliver the car 3 hours away the next day but never contacted me until 5pm to day he was broken down and there were more excuses why he had not returned my calls. The driver asked me to come 25 miles to where he broke down to give him some gas money since his debit card had topped out getting repairs. I did the 1hr 45 min round trip to give him a $20 advance in hopes that It would help get my car but he did not get the truck running. His truck was a heap of junk held together by bailing wire and electrical tape. That truck is not going anywhere. 20 hours and MANY excuses later the driver and my car were still sitting on the side of the Interstate. All Terrain was useless. They did escalate to a supervisor after my scathing email and voicemail but he believed the same lies from the driver about “trucks on the way” that never materialized in 24 hours. I hired another truck to go with me to get my car. Almost 25 hours later, he still had not trucks coming to his rescue, not parts for his truck and no clue how he was going to move on. I was a fool to do so but I paid him for the distance traveled. All Terrain Logistics got their money and that's all they cared about. They failed to follow up, and even after leaning of the whole disaster they did little to show any level of service or concern for the timely delivery of the car. They still have not followed up with me to see if it did indeed arrive. Do not make the same mistake hiring All Terrain Logistics or any of their contract driver.

Mr Cecil in advance we apologize for any inconvenience that you had with the driver (not with all terrain logistics) as you well said everything about your problem was with the driver .. we also want you to be very clear, we never give an exact time of pick up or arrival since each truck driver can present delays due to failures, delays of other customers, trafficand many other situations that can delay a driver. We all want it to be timed out hours like buying an airplane ticket but it is not like that. ALL TERRAIN LOGISTICS never took out excuses and we always answer you the phone while it was during office hours we did everything that was in our hands If you wanted to drive and meet the driver it was your responsibility because the driver was in the obligation to deliver the vehicle to your destination (it just took more time than you wanted because of the delay and it was not possible to delivery exact time you wanted) AND LAST AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU NEVER NEVER sent another truck to pick it up, THE CAR WAS DELIVERED IN YOUR PROPERTY BY ANOTHER TRUCK CONTRACT BY US NOT BY YOU SO IT IS CLEAR. Your vehicle arrived at your destination 3 days after the expected THAT IS THE REASSON from the begining when we sent the quote says delivery and pick up estimated +/- 2 days. So basically the bad experience that you had was not with ALL TERRAIN LOGISTICS but with the carrier driver. but any way we apologize we try to do the best
