I checked online for reviews and customer experiences for a shipping company prior to contacting anyone. this company had excellent ratings as stars are concerned but I read many personal reviews as well for their own opinions. I did this for three companies with almost identical ratings. I inquired with this company because they had some of the better personal reviews listed. I asked for the quote and did receive a good price. I agreed to the contract, but after several days I was informed no takers on my delivery by carrier companies, so the price had to be modified upwardly to a much more significant amount than the original quoted price. Then I was contacted with details concerning the carriers and their prices they wanted to be paid. One agreed carrier did not have the available space to haul my vehicle once contacted, and then the process resumed with another company and I agreed on their price but unfortunately when they arrived they did not have the proper carrier for the length of my vehicle. Again the process resumed with the final carrier it was the one who was able to fulfill the contract. The carrier was American, Spoke fluent English, was courteous and friendly, contacted me when my vehicle was picked up and stayed in touch with me as the delivery proceeded. The driver was delayed due to Tennessee did a mandatory DOT inspection unannounced. This delayed him by one day but it was fine. The special circumstances for this delivery was to meet a timeline based on my dad who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 terminal advanced cancer and was failing each passing day. I wanted to get this vehicle home, and registered the very next day to be able to take him for a ride as he requested and asked for. The carrier took my advice for directions and delivered it at the time he said he would be there, he was not late or in a hurry when he arrived. My dad got his wish, and I was able to give him his ride he asked for. The carrier treated me like a friend he has known for years but never met him till he arrived with my truck. I would recommend this company.
