Customer service is stellar! Communication is great! The rep explained the process carefully in a way that I could understand. The only thing is that i was quoted $1250 for transport from NYC to CA but the rep failed to mention that I needed to pay $300 to the company itself once they found a driver to ship my car. Amd that $300 did not go towards the cost of shipping my car.
