Original car pickup was scheduled for the morning of my selected day. The morning before, Virginia called to alert me that our carrier had developed a problem with his vehicle and it would be delayed. However, she immediately reposted our job and got a second carrier who could pick up that afternoon and would deliver in 2 days time. Same price as our original pickup. Driver arrived as scheduled, loaded the car and was on his way. He communicated with me on drop off day, and delivered the car exactly on time and exactly where we requested. We would definitely use them again. Thanks to Virginia for her quick thinking in the face of a problem.
