This is the 2nd time I've shipped with Amerifreight. My rep there is Brandon and he is a rock star. I made the mistake of not requesting Brandon for my 2nd transaction which resulted in some less than average customer service from another rep. You want to use the same rep if you are a repeat customer, especially if you had a favorable experience with him/her because you also get the repeat customer discount. A little frustrating that I had to change some of my dates from the original inquiry and the system there has a difficult time handling changes to itinerary or the reps are so busy they don't adequately update or follow up. So it took me multiple calls before I got Brandon on my job. Followed thru on the changes, got me a carrier for the dates I needed and followed up on the delivery. Some slight confusion with the driver on delivery but we were able to work thru it. Success!
