Having transported many a vehicle, I have learned that things happen to drivers on the road and their trucks break down. My recent experience was positive, because although one of the trucks broke down, there was somebody else standing by to step in and deliver on the commitment. I attribute that to the good management of the dispatch team, and the very thoughtful and proactive follow up. Maleah and her team is there for the haul - no pun intended.
