They are a brokerage firm that booked my transport at a quoted price of $1050.I signed a contract with them with a brokerage fee of $200. They were not going to charge this until the day of pick up. Day before the pick up was supposed to happen the agent, John, said they lost the driver but they found a new driver for $1650. They would need a fee of $350 to secure the ride. I was feeling scammed at this point, but felt as I did not have much of a choice as other brokerages were quoting $600 more at this point for such a short notice. I agreed and there was an immediate charge of $350 on my credit card.
Next day I begin getting calls that Auto Freight had booked through a scammed highjacked site and were booking from another brokerage. My car was not legitimately booked and a driver was told not to pick up the car. I essentially became the broker and the rest of my dealings was basically with the driver and the brokerage did nothing more than take my $350 ($150 of which was supposedly to have gone to the driver).
I would not use their service again.
