I cannot say enough good about this company and Shawnee. After an utter failure by another company and over a month of unanswered calls from another transport company, Shawnee came through with flying colors. Happy to recommend Shawnee. The previous company shuffled me around horribly and after many days (some where I placed 22 calls just to get them on the phone) of fighting with them I requested to cancel. When Shawnee began to work with me she always returned my calls and was prompt at that. The day she found a shipper she noticed that the company I thought I cancelled with still had an open ticket for my shipping needs. I called the former company and their operator said that I was being lied to. I firmly told them to remove it and Shawnee sent photographic evidence that it was indeed the other company that was lying. I felt like I had someone on my side and my daughter's car was picked up less than 8 hours later. AMAZING! Highly recommend this honest, no BS company.
