Felicia was excellent from the very beginning! She returned calls right away, even weekends. I had a short notice to ship car and within.3 days car was scheduled and picked up from Houston to California...then for Hawaii! Felicia communicated consistently, always proving updates on the car. Even after the car was on the boat, she followed up with updates on the status of my car until it arrived in Hawaii. Overall Superior Service with a person who exemplifies 10 Star Excellence! She is truly a God send and I felt that my car was in great hands! Thank you so much Felicia!
