ASG Shipped my Cadillac CT6-V Florida to Utah

I reached out to ASG to transport my new Cadillac CT6-V from a Florida Cadillac dealer to my location in Utah. My ASG Broker, Rob Palm was through and professional. He explained the entire process and made me comfortable with it. A few days later, I contracted with Rob and ASG as I believed the purchase with the Cadillac dealer was about to close; check sent, docs signed etc. The Florida Cadillac Dealer then became difficult trying to charge me for thousands of bogus fees to release the car. Transport was on, then off, then on again. Then, day of truck pick-up Dealer wouldn't release car (yet another 'different' issue, same as the other$).We had to cancel the first pick-up. Throughout all this, Rob was professional, and helpful. We stayed in touch, got another ship date, and this time pick up went smoothly. Dealer finally released car on initial terms... So much hassle and time wasted...My new Cadillac CT6-V arrived yesterday without a scratch and clean (with enclosed transport).Driver "Russ" was very pleasant, and helpful too. Car is beautiful and powerful...Thanks Rob & ASG - you helped me get this DONE!

ASG Rob, **360-200-6649** call or text, Thank you for the kind review Thomas, I thought you were going to cancel the deal with the dealer on 3 or 4 different occasions. The fact you had so much passion to make the dealer live up to his original terms inspired me, I am forever indebted to our front line workers, our trucking associates they really did a great job, with the difficulties this particular pick up presented.
