Worked with Kim who was tremendous. I got lots of updates and this was my first time shipping a vehicle across country. The pickup and delivery were a little late but it was also dead of winter going from VA-to-WA. You won’t get minute by minute updates but you can always reach out to Kim and she’ll tell you exactly where your vehicle is and the status.
