The deposit cost was higher than quoted. It didn't change the overall cost of the quote, I just paid the driver less than the original amount.
Car was to be picked up on Feb 25th, wasn't picked up until Feb 28th. Only notification of the car being picked up was from the seller. Car was delivered on time, March 8th
I couldn't log onto the website to track the progress of the transport
Called to find out info about transport, car was picked up on the 25th and to be delivered on March 8th, notified them about online tracking issues
Talked with driver (Art, they do forward you the driver info) Driver ETA and confirmation on March 8th
Driver (Art) was able to deliver car to house ( I live on a cul-de-sac)
Overall,I would deal with Auto Transport again, Price was right,Customer service was good, Driver was excellent. rating would of been higher if communication/notification during transit was better.
