They kind of dropped the ball after a problem with the first pickup (not their fault), but Marta is an excellent agent. The courier was fantastic and exceeded expectations.
The other customer service agents I spoke to before the second transport date was arranged didn't tell me the truth about arranging a new date for me, but when I spoke with Marta she got it taken care of.
