Update (06/15/2018): Spoke with a customer rep (I think her name was Janine) who apologized several times for my experience and informed me they will no longer be working with Cross Country Carrier Corps. She also reiterated that they are indeed a broker, but do their best to select the best carrier companies. It's great to see that this company is proactive and willing to make changes for the sake of future customers. Even though my initial experiences were problematic, my latest encounter was extremely professional and satisfactory.

Original Post (6/14/2018): I was told from the sales rep that this company was not a broker - but yes they are. They state they contract with a select number of "personally trusted" drivers, but after you sign the contract, they provide you with contact information for the CARRIER, not a driver. In fact, the phone number I received was not even for the specific driver transporting my car. These "trusted carriers" have 0 professional skills. No contact whatsoever. I had to call repeatedly asking when my car would be picked up. I verbally asked them to let me know about 1 hour before they arrived so I had an idea of when the pickup would occur. The guy says "of course", but they did not ever call me to update me. I received a text saying they were outside, which was not true. Fast forward later in the week I have received no updates as to when the car will be delivered. I had to call several times and was told by different members inside the carrier company different delivery dates. Absolutely ridiculous. Are they going to call me prior to arrival? Probably not. The carrier's unprofessionalism is a representation of the kind of people Auto Transport 123 work with. I thought I was paying a little more for better service, but I was gravely mistaken. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Furthermore, Jason, the rep who sold me on the company, said he preferred to handle his own customer service, and gave me his direct line. When I gave him a call to voice my concerns, I left a message and never received a repsonse. Lesson learned.

For anyone that wants to know, the carrier was Cross Country Carrier Corps. If you get this company with another broker, please do your best to AVOID.
