Heidi Hill placed my order, and she was great, patient and friendly when answering my questions. She explained the process of shipping my car from CA to NJ very well, and things unfolded as she said they would. Deposit was only charged when the carrier was picked. The remaining balance was paid on delivery. The carrier they picked was really good, professional and customer friendly. He showed up as promised, and delivered as promised too. The carrier and Heidi were honest in the way they conducted business and made it a great experience for me.
