Gentlemen was gracious and kept us updated on times and place to meet. They picked up keys from neighbor and had car on truck in no time. Ashley was very curious on the phone,because we had to changed pickup time due to Memorial Day weekend. Found transport service over the internet. Called several other companies. They had higher quotes.....up to 250 more! I will certainly revisit Direct Express Auto next time I need their services.
