I got a quote from Direct Express and had, frankly, an exceptional experience from start to completion. When I got the telephone quote, the lady on the phone was highly professional and walked me through the entire process. I called a few other companies and just their telephone presence wasn't warm and welcoming at Direct Express. So, about 1 hour later I called Direct Express back and scheduled the pick up from Virginia to Atlanta. The pick up time was scheduled for 4:45pm and the truck arrived at about 4:40pm. I was expecting it to take about 5-7 days to get to Atlanta realizing my car needs to fit on their truck with many other cars and it would take a while to get to my pick up stop. Well, to my surprise they picked up my car in Alexandria, VA at the exact time we agree to (4:45pm on a Sunday), and at 9am the next morning (Monday), the car was in Atlanta. I was the car before they loaded it on the truck to ensure that we could see any damages more clearly when it arrived in Atlanta. No scratches, no dings. Direct Express Auto Transport did a great job for me and I will definitely use them again, and will recommend them for some of my clients that transport their cars around the country.
