Jared was very friendly and helpful. He was direct about what was expected of me and on his end and made transferring my car from the West coast to the Midwest possible. He would contact me when things would come up, and when I could not receive his calls, he was patient and left me a message with updates. I was connected to the driver and the car came safely in about a week. I would have liked more updates regarding the location of my car because at times there seemed to be a miscommunication with the driver. The process of signing the papers and receiving my car from far away went smoothly over all. I would recommend Exclusive Auto Shipping.
