I needed a car picked up within a week to avoid storage fees so I started looking around immediately. I originally signed with another broker as they agreed to meet my time requirements. After two days of empty promises and getting nowhere I made the decision to hand the reins over to Alisa at Fine Auto Transport. She assured me everything would work out and that I shouldn't worry. I was reluctant as I had heard that all before but at this point I felt I was out of options. I gave her the green light and within a couple hours I was assigned to a driver and the car was picked up on time as promised. I cannot say enough positive things about Alisa, she was very professional, easy to get a hold of and always got back to me in a timely manner. I made sure to save her contact info as I will be going to her first next time I need a car transported.
