Customer service was excellent. The entire process was clearly articulated to me and my requirements were met. The driver arrived 1 day early to collect and was 3 days early of the estimated date of delivery. That did throw me off, especially since there was a snow storm. Would have preferred the driver not drive my car through a snowstorm and heavily sanded and salted roads, though. Arriving on time would have been sufficient and my car would not had required a full detail!
