As a first time customer, the process of finding and vetting a transport company to move my daughter's Jeep from Wisconsin to Fort Lauderdale, FL was intimidating. The stories/reviews of unscrupulous actors was almost overwhelming. It took some time, but I eventually narrowed my choices to three vendors. Two immediately eliminated themselves with their one-sided contracts and unsavory business practice. I Move Auto was the exception. They lived up to everything that was promised by the salesperson. They and the carrier, Mega Load, were in contact routinely, again as promised. The vehicle showed up on the estimated date, with no problems.
