Joanna did a good job of explaining the process of working through a broker. This was the first time of working through auto shipment and it was in a bit of a crisis situation. The price quoted changed upward from the original estimate at the time of final contract but I was satisfied with the difference to get the car home. The shipper turned out to be as informative and cordial as Joanna. All in all, a very good experience.
