AWFUL COMPANY! STAY AWAY! I booked them through Uship due to their low price and great reviews on both Uship and google. Initially, they communicated pick up will be no more than 7 days. However, I ended up waiting 3 weeks. They claimed protests and road blocks were the reason they could not find a driver. However, after speaking to about 5 other different transportation companies, those issues were only cause about a 1-3 day delay. In reality, the other companies confirmed that Marvel posted this a job board (central dispatch) at an extremely low rate so no driver wanted to pick up the cargo. It wasn't until Marvel raised the rate that they were finally able to get a driver. Marvel sent an email saying that the car was getting picked up and then the driver NEVER SHOWED UP. I called, emailed and texted for 4 days straight asking for an update and received no response. They only responded when I asked to cancel my shipment. They claimed remote working is the reason why they were unable to communicate with me. However, they were all working remote when I booked the job and had no issues communicating delays every 3 days. Absolute worst customer service. I booked with another broker for the same price and he had a driver assigned within 24 hours.
