I was shipping my car from California to Massachusetts. I spoke to Spencer Thomas at Mercury on a Monday morning. Within a couple of hours he had a good bid for me from a reputable carrier. My car was picked up on Wednesday morning, and was delivered in Mass on the following Monday morning. One week from beginning to end! Outstanding customer service from both Spencer and the team at Mercury, and the carrier. My highest recommendation!
