Jesus Vegas was our contact person.He excels in customer service.We received an email everyday from him letting us know how the process was going. We waited for 3 weeks from another company to pick up our vehicle, no contact from that company whatsoever. When we finally called that company to see what was happening with our order. He informed us that no order was received even though we had a confirmation number and an email stating so.
So when we went with mercury auto Jesus walked us thru their process and stayed in contact with us daily until our vehicle shipped and received successfully. We truly appreciate his dedication to his job.
