After agreeing to a price the agent was constantly in contact to let us know when the driver would be picking up the vehicle. The driver was really nice and kept in touch after he picked up the car and it was delivered to our daughter with no hassles or attempts of an up-charge like some of these other agencies. I'd happily go with this transport company again with no concerns.
