I had a sticky situation. Our truck broke down while visiting family our of town. I needed to secure transport within 2 days to have it sent back home. Jake was awesome. He is very responsive and you can text him directly. After searching the internet, I started receiving a lot of calls from some not seemingly legit companies. I am so glad I went with Mercury. They came through on my timeframe and delivered for the agreed upon price. The driver was professional and on time.
