Completely unethical and terrible service

Completely unethical service business. Quoted $1,100 for a transport, I ordered and confirmed payment with card for $1,100 (order number 866561) . After 8 days I receieved zero communication and finally reached out. I was then told that the new price was $1699 because "rates have changed", which is an outrageous difference in price from quote. I understand that quotes can shift slightly, but not by 50%+.. After speaking with several team members I realized they didn't care at all about the customer, even though I was a returning customer. When I asked to speak to someone else, I was told that they don't like talking to customer complaints and are too busy most of the time.
