We ordered a vehicle transport on Thursday, 5/11/18, with the understanding that it could be up to 6 weeks before it was transported due to heavy workload for Reliable. Damon Sewell at Reliable was friendly and helpful in explaining the way things worked. We advised Reliable that the car would be ready for pick up on Monday, 5/15/18. Monday afternoon we received a phone call from the driver saying he was almost in town and could pick our vehicle up in a couple of hours. Needless to say, we were very surprised! We are thrilled that our vehicle was picked up so quickly. It arrived at its destination the next afternoon safe and sound. The driver was courteous, friendly and efficient. We will be using Reliable again for the vehicle's return trip, and in the future if we ever need another car transported across country. Thank you, Damon Sewell and Reliable!
