Their drivers don't have proper papers when stopped by police. Company is rude and lied over and over. They do NOT return calls ever. Everyone gives a different story on what is going on. I could handle things if there was at least honesty involved and I knew what was going on. If the driver had his medical papers like he knows he should my car would not sit in Arizona for a week. I had to pay extra for a car rental because delivery was a week late. Of course Laurie won't return my calls on that either. If you call them use an interpreter so you can understand them.
