A true bait and switch company

They sent me a quote of $290 to pick up my car on 9/11/2015. They then sent an email for $25 off broker fees ( should have made total cost $265 ). Once I agreed to pick up they increased fee to $325. Mike said it was the only way to get the car moved. He stated the quoted price could be kept but no one would take it. So why offer it?? They sent the quoted price not me. He then said he was going to reduce shipper fees by $50 not to me but to add to 'drivers' cut. I was very unhappy they pulled a bait and switch price the same thing they warm you about in their own original quote.
I emailed daily which mike replied allow him to do his job he would get my car picked up. An email daily does not inhibit one's job its a simple communication to check status of my shipment. The 11th came and went. I talked to Tim on the 12th. He kept interrupting me which made the debate get heated. I cussed a few times as I have severe brain trauma from a motorcycle accident which left me paralyzed and non functioning. Tim ended the call with this sentence ' good luck getting your car moved you cripple Fuck'. He knew I was disabled as I told him the shipment destination agreed to help load but due to my wheelchair use I cannot help at delivery. As the car is 'non-op'. Then canceling my order stating his contract say they have 10 days to ship. It does not. The contract exactly reads after ten days the shipper may cancel and receive 100% of their deposit returned. That does not mean they have ten days to ship as I pointed out, as I signed on the 6th which meant ten days would be the 16th and that is only 5days after ship date. Furthermore their website says,' If we say that we are going to do something, we do it!!'... Such a falsehood. They said they'd ship on the 11th they did not.
I am in current process of suing for false advertising, breech of contract, and defamation of character. Stay away from this rude and belligerent company. They in my opinion bring disgrace to this industry. They say watch out for the bait and switch which is exactly what they did to me. They say that if they say they're going to do something they do it. My non pick up proves otherwise.
I have all emails that confirm every allegation contained in this review with the exception of the statement of 'good lick moving your car moved you cripple Fuck'. However to prove he will lie which bodes for his credibility he lied on his rebuttal in yelp. He stated he gave me a $50 discount but my receipts, emails, and bills prove he didn't do anything but increase my quote from $290-$325.
So please stay away... Bad company

Mr. Lay's first available date for pick up was on the 11th of September. We told him from the beginning that we can not guarantee any certain day for pick up, or drop off. We are not the carrier. We are at the mercy of the carriers, as to where they are at, when the vehicle needs to be picked up. This customer called me on the morning of the 10th demanding to know when his car was going to be picked up the next day. When I explained to him that we could not, or did we at anytime guarantee a one day pick up, started screaming, and cursing at me over the phone. I explained to him that we would do everything we can to get him picked up on the 11th, but I could not make any promises. I explained to him that normal pick time is 1 to 5 days from the 1st available pick up date, and that in our order form that he signed, it states that if we have not secured a carrier within 10 days, that his broker fee is 100% refundable. The order form also states that we can not guarantee any single day pick up, or drop off. I told him that I would follow up with him on the 11th @ 12:00pm. I was on another call until 12:05pm. As soon as I hung up from that call, he called me. I received a large ear full of verbal abuse from him because I was 5 minutes late calling him. After he was done cussing and screaming at me, I told him that I was waiting to hear back from a carrier for his pick up. He then called me @ 5:00pm and continued to curse and scream at me. At that point I told him that I will not tolerate his actions any longer, and to find someone else to move his car. I then canceled his order, and refunded his broker fee. Also, he was extended the $25.00 off his broker fee, he was actually given $50.00 off, as our broker fee is normally $150.00, and his was only $100.00. As for me calling him what he said I did, it's not true at all. As a matter of fact, I think it's disgusting that he would make something like that up. How am I to even know that he is in a wheelchair? All of our calls are recorded, and I have the string of Emails that was sent to me as well. As you can see from our reviews, we are a honest, stand up company. Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. But I will not be spoken to the way this man spoke to me. I wish him all the luck in the future.
