Portia was exremely nice and answered all my neurotic questions. If she wasn't at her desk she would always call me back within a couple hours after I left my message. The entire process went very smoothly; I had to change my pick-up address as well as my delivery and it wasn't a problem. Pick-up was right now time. The driver called me the morning of as well as about an hour before arrival to check-in with me. The delivery was a day late because the driver ran into some bad weather and traffic along the way. I had to reschedule a few things because the morning of delivery he told me it would be there between 9-10, then it became 11, then it became 11:30, but my car came in one piece with absolutely no damages. I also forgot to have cash or a certified check ready (I only had a personal check) and the truck driver totally let me take half an hour to drive to a bank to get money. All in all very accommodating, very accessible in terms of communication. Very satisfied! :)
