Did my research before contacting agents. Only called best rated by Consumer Reports. Ship a Car Direct not only had an excellent rating, their reviews were stellar. Got a quote right away. Long holiday weekend delayed response to my request for a carrier but it was accomplished in time for our trip South. Scott, our driver contacted me immediately and gave me date. Called the day of pickup to quote time then let me know when he was an hour away. Some difficulty in locating our residence so we agreed to meet him in a parking lot. Apologized for delay and reassured us that he would meet us in FL. Delivery went without a hitch. Will definitely use Ship a Car Direct again.
