Overall great service. Had a hard time with the first rep I spoke with named Gabby hence the 4 stars. She under quoted me and when I tried to book my vehicle she went MIA and never returned my call. Finally got Scott on the line and he was awesome. I had to have my car shipped on a certain date because I was moving out of state and he made sure it happened and even was willing to use some of his commission to secure a driver on short notice. The truck company was also great. They were extremely nice and delivered my car cross country in five days. Overall would definitely recommend ShipACarDirect.com.
