It was my first time shipping a car and Bruce helped me through the whole process and was there to explain and answer any questions. He made sure to check in with me through the whole process and made everything easy especially easing my worries on a cross country shipping.
The carrier was prompt and very professional and nice. They called me and checked in through the process, while managing to pick up and drop off in the time they said. No dents or scratches on the car.
Very happy I used Ship a Car Direct.
