Car was picked up early, which was convenient. The person (Miguel) who picked up the vehicle was prompt and polite. Transport time cross country was 5 days. Driver was very communicative letting us know a day in advance when he would arrive. Condition of the vehicle was fine. I would definitely use ship a car direct again.
