Stefan at shipacardirect was always professional. I needed to change destinations while my 2 cars were enroute, and he handled everything for me including negotiating an excellent price, and the carrier they used was equally accommodating despite some very harsh winter weather. The trip was from Florida to Oregon and my cars were delivered without a scratch. Thanks all
