Gabby at Ship A Car Direct was very helpful and pleasant in explaining the procedure. She kept me informed of the bid process & selection of carrier. Customer Service was quick to answer my "after hours" questions about the specific carrier. Lyman of Cape Fear Carriers was professional and nice. Lyman was very thorough about communicating with me the day/time of pickup plus kept my daughter informed about delivery. The entire experience went extremely well. While researching car transport services, it was nerve racking trying to select a broker & carrier. I read the reviews for many, many brokers. Ship A Car Direct seemed to have more satisfied customers - so I selected them. I am happy I did. Also cannot say enough good things about Lyman of Cape Fear Carriers. It was a pleasure to work with him also. Although I did receive a $30 rebate for providing a review, honestly I would have done so without any rebate . . .I was so relieved the transport went so smoothly. One bit of advice, you might want to have Windex, paper towels and maybe a jug or two of water to rinse all the dust off the car upon delivery. Since my car had been transported on the highway for 10-12 hrs., a little dust did not concern me.
