Overal, service was great. David was always updating me and easy to contact. When the first driver they subcontracted with left without my care and lied about contacting us and not being able to get ahold of the 4 contact numbers, David was quickly able to find another company and driver. JJ, the driver from Pirgos Trans Inc was exceptional as well, picking up the car in the rain and delivering to my very busy city in California. The car was dirty from the trip across the country (completely understandable and unavoidable), but it was not damaged at all. The was my first time shipping a car across the county. I did a lot of research to find the best company. I would definitely choose Ship-A-Car-Direct in the future and recommend them to a friend.
