I let Ship A Car Direct know that I had delivery timeframe restrictions, including a “pickup by” and “deliver before” dates. I was flying from the pick up location in Denver, to the drop off location in Seattle, before driving to Canada to complete the export/import process. So timing was very important. The carrier arrived 3 days past the original pick up date and the driver did not seem aware of the delivery restriction. He initially told me that the car would be delivered a few days past my delivery window. But when I explained the time-sensitive situation, the driver was able to accommodate my needs and the car was delivered to Seattle by the delivery date. I recommend Ship A Car Direct, and am very pleased with the carrier & driver—and the bonus VIP service of having my vehicle transported enclosed.
