Vehicle was pickup promptly and delivery early. Before pick, and during delivery the dispatcher and carrier driver kept in touch to ensure the process went smoothly. When changing delivery location to an easier deliver site, the dispatcher and driver were kept current with the change of address delivery site. Driver showed up right on time as he said he would. Customer service was excellent.
