Pretty smooth overall experience.
Good communication overall (to a fault as you almost get too any emails and texts from them).

We moved 2 SUVs from NC to WA. Booked months in advance but didn't get setup with a transporter until 3 days before. Good communication throughout though with updates but a bit stressful as it got within days of our date. It was $200 more then estimated but they gave us a $50 discount off their finders fee. Were only able to get us our 3rd preferred day but it worked out.

Once transporter was found the process was seamless. Pickup. Assessment and pre-photos with their app. Dropoff was 2 days early. Cars both in great condition (minus all the dead bugs plastered on them). Driver was great.

Overall very happy with complicated 2 SUV cross country move. Would use again but just not book so far in advance (no benefit and estimate is off) - really only need to do within 10 days.
