Wow! This was our first time shipping a car to another state. From day one, Kosta was on point! He represented the company very well and made us feel comfortable about our decision to ship the car through them. We can't say enough about the excellent customer service rendered during this experience. He kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. It was comforting to know that we could contact them if we ran into any problems. The service of the carrier was great as well! Great Pick! Everything went smoothly! The car was received on time and in great condition.Thank you so much for your outstanding service! We will definitely use "Ship A Car Direct" again!
