Our experience with Ship A Car Direct was extremely positive. I had never transported a vehicle before and John was very helpful to walk me through the entire process. John also directed me to the company's website which featured videos for frequently asked questions. The vehicle arrived at the destination sooner than originally scheduled and was delivered in perfect condition!
