Shipacar was great, the truck driver was tough to get info from until they called you an hour out. They picked the car up a day late, but communication was good not great. The day before the scheduled delivery (scheduled before the day late pickup) I finally called at 5 pm to see if they were going to deliver the call on the original schedule (so my Mom wouldnt have to sit home all day waiting for a truck that might not come). It was a Sunday, so OK no answer / no call back (I left a messsage). Called again at noon on delivery day - was told truck was in town but had 2 or 3 dropoffs would call an hour out. Finally delivered, after dark, to my 78 year old mother - the driver spoke very poor English. I guess I should have realized that the car would be filthy coming across country on an open truck, but a reminder would have been nice ( it was hard for my Mom to be excited about her new car)
