My car got here as planned, which is all that really matters. That being said, the hauler didn't call a day ahead as they said they would. In trying to confirm the delivery I couldn't reach the driver (vm was full) or the dispatch provided (vm was not set up). I called Ship a Car Direct and spoke to an customer service person who repeatedly spoke over me.
