Great experience and customer service. Renee stepped in after I was shafted and left high and dry by RoadRunner. She got me on the manifest in 2 days and got my car to its destination on the day requested (Actually 1 day later but that was coordinated with the carrier). Ship a Car Direct and the carrier were in communication the whole time calming my frayed nerves after the initial experience. Car arrived without a scratch and I also want to give a shout out to Unified Auto Trans Corp (the carrier) who was also very proffessional the whole way through.
