I am in the service industry so I know acutely how challenging it can be to coordinate multiple layers of deliverables for a client or customer and assure there are not errors, no mistakes and that the end result is as positive as we can make it. From the first interaction with Ship Direct all the way to meeting the driver with the vehicle at our home was literally one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences with a provider we’ve had.
John our coordinator was informative, Chris with dispatch was friendly, responsive each time and the driver too communicated throughout the delivery and drop off. Even in contact-free times we felt safe and respected.
You will may slightly more for Ship Direct services but honestly don’t debate over this - your vehicle is in the best hands with this company!
